The RA shall strive to redress the grievance immediately, but not later than 21 days of the receipt of the grievance.
Lodge Complaint with SEBI SCORES
If not satisfied with the response of the research analyst, you can lodge your grievances with SEBI at https://scores.sebi.gov.in or you may also write to any of the offices of SEBI.
SCORES 2.0 provides two-level review: First review by designated body (RAASB) → Second review by SEBI.
Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
If the Investor is not satisfied with the resolution provided, the Investor has the option to file the complaint/grievance on the SMARTODR platform for resolution through online conciliation or arbitration.
